Conveyor belts are material handling equipment essential for the loading and short-distance transportation of items in a variety of sectors. These belts are continuously looped over two terminal pulleys and rollers which causes the belt to move along. These belts are made by inserting reinforcing materials—textile, canvas, nylon, steel cord, Chevron conveyor belt—into polymer slabs, typically rubber after which they get vulcanized.
